Watch: What Happened Next...(How The Peach Truck Began)

Growing up in Fort Valley, Georgia—the heart of peach country—meant knowing exactly what a perfect peach should taste like. Every summer, local farmers would drop boxes of fresh-picked peaches on our porch. That was just life.

When we moved to Nashville in 2010, we discovered what we've come to call "the peach problem." Despite searching farmers markets and grocery stores, we couldn't find anything that came close to those Fort Valley peaches. Something had to be done.

A Simple Solution

Our plan was straightforward: bring peaches from hometown farms in Georgia directly to Nashville. No middlemen, no warehousing, no compromise on quality—just perfect peaches, the way nature intended.

The First Night

With a truck full of peaches and plenty of nervous energy, we set up outside a local shop. Each sale required a promise: "If you don't like them, I'll be here next week for a refund." No one came back for refunds—they came back for more peaches.

Rediscovering Joy

We've learned that so many people have been chasing that one perfect peach memory from childhood—standing with family, juice running down their chin. That's what we're really delivering: not just fruit, but the rediscovery of something pure and joyful that brings all kinds of people together.

What began as solving a problem for ourselves has grown into something that reaches far beyond Nashville. And we're just getting started.
