Dark Chocolate Covered Pecans

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Total Time: 30 minutes

1 bag of The Peach Truck raw pecans
2 oz. dark chocolate (70%) OR semi-sweet if you prefer!
Flaky Sea Salt (will be sprinkled to preference)

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Microwave (or heat on stove at med-low heat, stirring often) chocolate on 50% power, stirring every 15 seconds, until melted and smooth.

Dip pecans three-fourths of the way in melted chocolate, and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Sprinkle with salt.

Refrigerate until set, about 10 minutes.
